Light meals from the region
In a clear little stream… there darted by in joyful haste – the capricious trout – like an arrow… Who doesn’t know those lines from Franz Schubert’s ‘Trout Song’! In the end, though, the trout was caught after all… The trout served in our restaurant are caught at the Haberzeth fish farm.
All our head chef has to do is prepare the fresh fish and turn it into a dish that’s pure poetry! Pan-fried in fine butter and finished with a hint of lemon, it simply melts in the mouth.
