We are fortunate that the lion’s share of our mushrooms is supplied by enthusiastic local mushroom hunters. Especially whilst on holiday, you can combine mushroom hunting with a leisurely stroll or a hike. It offers both relaxation and a tasty meal. The famous psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud was well aware of this. During his summer holidays, he swapped his formal dark-grey suit for knee-length trousers and a traditional jacket and went mushroom hunting with his children.
For those who prefer to focus more on the wonderful views whilst out walking or hiking, our kitchen team has once again come up with a selection of dishes – simply to be enjoyed and to bring happiness!
